What We're Selling

Callisto is not primarily being positioned as an AI content generator.

We're selling production capacity and economic leverage.

The business thesis:

Agencies should be able to grow client revenue faster than they grow production payroll.

Today, additional client work often creates additional production requirements:

More Clients
    ↓
More Content
    ↓
More Production Hours
    ↓
More People
    ↓
More Payroll

Callisto attacks that relationship.

Each client gets a production environment built around their:

  • Voice
  • Brand
  • Context
  • Knowledge
  • Examples
  • Rules

Client requests run through that environment before reaching the creative team.

Callisto produces the first draft.

The creative team reviews, refines, and delivers.

The desired economic result:

More Clients
    ↓
More Content
    ↓
Callisto absorbs more first-draft production
    ↓
Existing team handles more billable work
    ↓
Revenue grows faster than production payroll

Connection Response / Workflow Detail

Why the Opening Message Works

The opener is:

Howdy {{First Name}} — glad we got connected.

We help agencies put more billable client work through the team they already have without quality falling apart.

If {{Agency Name}} landed five good accounts next week, could your current team absorb them?

It does three things.

1. Acknowledges the connection

Glad we got connected.

Enough humanity without pretending this is a friendship-building exercise.

2. Shows our hand

We help agencies put more billable client work through the team they already have...

They immediately know why we're talking to them.

There is no bait-and-switch.

3. Diagnoses the economic problem

Could your current team absorb five good accounts?

We're testing whether additional revenue creates a production-capacity problem.

We're not asking:

What's your biggest pain point?

We're giving them a concrete stress test.

What We're Diagnosing

The fundamental question is:

Can this agency increase client volume materially without proportionally increasing production resources?

We are looking for evidence of supply constraint.

That can appear as:

  • Hiring
  • Contractors
  • Outsourcing
  • Overtime
  • Founder involvement
  • Longer turnaround
  • Declining quality
  • Heavy editing
  • Excessive revisions
  • Turning away work
  • Slowing sales
  • Account managers doing production work
  • Creative people spending too much time on first drafts

Any of those can create an opening for Callisto.

Don't Manufacture Pain

We are testing a hypothesis.

We are not declaring that every agency has this problem.

If they say:

We'd easily absorb five accounts.

Good.

Ask how.

Their answer may reveal that they've genuinely solved production capacity.

If so, they're probably not a buyer right now.

Move on.

That's preferable to wasting time trying to convince someone to have a problem.

Why We Don't Ask Five Discovery Questions

LinkedIn is not the discovery call.

Once we know:

  1. They're an agency.
  2. Additional work creates production pressure.
  3. Increasing capacity matters economically.

We have enough reason for a conversation.

Ask for the meeting.

Do not require:

How many brands?

then:

What's your biggest problem?

then:

How many employees?

then:

How much editing?

then:

What happens when you grow?

We can learn that on the call.

If They Ask What Callisto Does

Be explicit.

We give each client brand its own production environment built around their voice, context, knowledge, examples, and rules.

New requests run through that before reaching your creative team.

Your people start at refinement instead of creation.

The business case is more billable client work through the same team instead of needing payroll to grow at the same rate.

Then advance:

If that's relevant at {{Agency Name}}, worth 15 minutes to look at it?

If They're Already Using AI

Do not argue about AI.

Ask whether it produced the economic result we care about:

Has it materially increased how much client work the same team can handle without increasing editing, QA, or headcount?

If yes, understand how.

If no, that's the opening.

Callisto isn't competing for the privilege of generating words.

We're competing to remove production labor from the marginal unit of client growth.

If They Ask for Pricing

Answer them.

We start with a $4,444 paid pilot using two real client brands and real requests.

The pilot exists to prove whether the capacity thesis works in their actual environment.

Do not hide pricing behind:

It depends.

If $4,444 immediately disqualifies them, that's useful information.

Tone

Direct.

Relaxed.

Commercial.

No corporate sales language.

No fake friendship.

No manufactured curiosity.

No pretending we're "just networking."

No apologizing for selling something.

No pressure tactics.

The prospect should always understand:

what we do, why we're talking to them, and what we're asking them to do next.

The Mental Model

We're not trying to get everyone into a coffee chat.

We're looking for this:

"If more business showed up, production would become a problem."

That's the opening.

Then Callisto's proposition becomes:

What if more business didn't require proportionally more production people?

If that matters to them, get on the phone.

If it doesn't, move on.
